Our core infrastructure is better described as an aggregation mechanism — leveraging a friendly user-facing frontend that provides users direct access to the most optimal pricing and lending rates across multiple DEXs and (soon) other markets.

Who We Are

We are builders who embrace new opportunities to add to a growing ecosystem. Our background spans traditional finance, web2 development, high-frequency trading, and multiple DeFi startups on other chains. We take pride in our ability to iterate quickly on new infrastructure and ship useful and composable DeFi infrastructure. We've recently fallen in love with Sui's developer experience and this project is our love letter to it.

We want to introduce ourselves by building a public good, the first hyperstructure on Sui.

What We’re Building First

Free Trade Aggregator: We are building a trade aggregator that enables users to find the best trading rates across multiple DEXs in the Sui ecosystem. This will operate as a hyperstructure that acts as the core building block for the protocols and products built after.

The First Hyperstructure on Sui

A hyperstructure is a blockchain protocol that has various properties:

• Unstoppable: the protocol cannot be stopped by anyone. It runs for as long as the underlying blockchain exists.
• Permissionless: universally accessible and censorship-resistant. Builders and users cannot be deplatformed.
• Free: there is a 0% fee and runs exactly at gas cost.
• Credibly neutral: the protocol is user-agnostic.
• Valuable: accrues value that is accessible and exitable by the owners.
• Expansive: there are built-in incentives for participants in the protocol.
• Positive sum: it creates a win-win environment for participants to utilize the same infrastructure.

Sui's core infrastructure allows us to make the protocol unstoppable. It is a permissionless blockchain and its low gas costs (along with our 0% fee) make Hop essentially free to use.

Our trade aggregator protocol is also credibly neutral as no priority is given to any set of users, but we don't think that's what truly sets us apart from the rest.
